How can I get started?

The forms to get started are the General Information Sheet and Symptoms Sheet, collectively referred to as the Initial Enrollment Form on our Getting Started page. Once you have completed the forms, you can head on over to My Store and order your initial Hair Mineral Analysis so we can begin this journey with you!

How much water should I be drinking?

You probably hear quite often that you should be consuming 8 glasses of water a day, which adds up to 64 ounces. In fact, the amount of water each person should drink depends on their health, minerals, exercise, toxins, etc. If you’re following nutritional balancing practices, it’s a good idea to take your weight and divide by two to find the number of ounces that you should be drinking per day. Let’s say you weigh 160 pounds, divide that by two and you get 80. 80 what? 80 ounces of water — per day!  The last thing you want to do is become dehydrated, water will help keep your body nourished and energized.

How long does it take to feel the difference with Nutritional Balancing?

 Most people feel better right away when eating the correct amount of cooked vegetables and taking supplements as prescribed by Dr. Wilson.   As we start dumping the toxins we can have healing reactions as are explained on the website.  Nutritional balancing is healing at the deepest levels and does take time and commitment.

Should vegetables be cooked or raw?

All vegetables should be cooked to help to remineralize the body as well as detox the internal organs.  Vegetables are high in Calcium and magnesium, fiber, folate, iron, trace minerals, copper, zinc, and sulfur.   Eating cooked vegetables are easy to digest as many people have digestion problems, today.

Is Sauna Therapy important?

Sauna Therapy is widely known as an excellent method of promoting health and healing. It is a very important part of Nutritional Balancing.
